miraclecreator 0 #1 March 3, 2010 Hi, I'm an industrial designer from georgia tech and I'm currently working on designing a new communication device for skydivers during freefall. I'm in need of some feedbacks as well as some volunteers that'll be willing to take my device for a test run while you're up there. (It'll be a small device that straps on to your wrist and won't interfere with any existing gears) If anyone's interested please contact me at BennyL@emanonDesign.com Please take the time to fill up my survey, your opinions help me design a better, safer, and more efficient communication device: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/LN8VBW7 Thanks! I'm really in need of some help right now so any skydiver who's willing to help will be appreciated Benny
JohnRich 4 #2 March 3, 2010 Define "communication device". Are you proposing a means for skydivers to talk to each other while in freefall? Or are you talking about an altimeter. Some of your questions have nothing to do with skydiving communication. This is really just a class project that requires you to do a survey, right? Andy9o8 2 #3 March 3, 2010 Just a helpful FYI. The website rules say you shouldn't post the same thread in multiple forums; you're supposed to stick to one forum. You've already posted this thread in the General Skydiving forum, and are receiving a number of answers there. Here's the link to your other thread: http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=3811811;page=unread#unread Good luck on your research.
