kelpdiver 2 #51 July 7, 2004 QuoteYou're a freaking lawyer. I missed the number of amendments. The Amendments question could have been made fairly difficult if 26 and 27 were both listed. The ERA was often referred to as the 27th in the 80s while it sat not getting ratified, and then very abruptly in the 90s an amendment dating back to early 19th Century (pay increases don't take effect until after next electon) got the last ratification it needed. The state one is kind of lame - I guessed right on the 50/50, but I wouldn't hold anyone to that bit of trivia.

mcrocker 0 #53 July 7, 2004 QuoteGot 10 out of 11. Thought that SC justices came by the dozen. Hated history in school, but now it's one of my Favs. I think the teachers work extra hard to make it boring. Can't be an even number of judges, they would never be able to decide and will always end in a deadlock. I scored 10/11 I missed the number of amendments.
