AirMail 0 #4 June 26, 2004 How? My son's computer is posessed too. Keeps popping up a download box for Outwar executable file. I can't seem to get rid of it. AdAware, Spybot, and PestPatrol can't kill it. I followed manual instructions too. None of the listed files were there. Likewise no listed registry keys. WTF? P--- It's never too late to have a happy childhood. Postal Rodriguez, Muff 3342
dropdeded 0 #5 June 26, 2004 Oh its probably still in here somewhere. I did the dealy where it sets your computer back to a previous time. I set it for yesterday and it seems to be ok. Im very computer illiterate so Im pretty sure that crap isnt completely gone, but it seems ok. Good Luck. dropdeded------------------------------------------ The Dude Abides. -

LoudDan 0 #9 June 26, 2004 For the ones that will not go away, I simply did a "Google" search for the name of the monster that is fucking up my programmin. More specifically "Removing -------------" in the search line, and have had excellent luck with finding advice, and tools to remove all of the shit these fucking sites (no pun intended) leave behind. Coming soon to a bowl of Wheaties near you!!
