sunshine 2 #1 June 25, 2004 I don't know what to do. Should i ditch work early and go jumping? Or should i be a good girl and stay here the rest of the day to get some work done? ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug! goalie35 0 #2 June 25, 2004 Hi Sunny...what's more likely, that you'll regret spending the day at work instead of jumping, or that you'll regret jumping and not spending the day at work? I'd go, if I could. Only 10 more pounds to tandem weight!
Darius11 12 #3 June 25, 2004 Lets see you are asking Skydivers what to do Well just to be different Stay at work. catfishhunter 2 #6 June 25, 2004 Thats funny cuz I am sitting here thinking the same thing! And today is payday! Going at lunch to cash my check and thinking about just passing he freeway exit to come back to work and driving right to the DZ. Do you think "Sorry I didn't come back but this damn car decided it wanted to go to Ogden, and there was nothing I could do about it" will work? MAKE EVERY DAY COUNT Life is Short and we never know how long we are going to have. We must live life to the fullest EVERY DAY. Everything we do should have a greater purpose. skybytch 273 #8 June 25, 2004 You should stay at work the rest of the day. Or at least for two more hours - since that's how much longer I have to stay at work. And I have to sit here and watch half naked young Royal Marines running around the dz... Some days I really hate my job...

Clownburner 0 #12 June 25, 2004 Only if your ankle is 100% better, and you won't get in trouble from work. But if that is so, then, DUHHHH! Of course you should! I did yesterday and I feel SOOOOO much better! 7CP#1 | BTR#2 | Payaso en fuego Rodriguez "I want hot chicks in my boobies!"- McBeth

skymama 37 #14 June 25, 2004 Hmmm...your name today on IM was "Sunny-my ankle hurts", or something like that. I say you shouldn't go until you tell us what's up with your ankle. It's the mom in me.She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
goalie35 0 #15 June 25, 2004 From the other shoulder, the one with the devil on it: My second-to-last jump (1978), I landed my PC crosswind and tore up my right knee. I had arranged with a friend to jump his spankin'-new Strato-Cloud later that day. I HAD TO make a standdup landing, never having done one before, to avoid further injury. I did, and it was THE most beautiful jump of my short 1st skydiving career. So wrap that ankle and enjoy the day.

My ankle was hurting last night cause i had it tucked under my butt while i was post whoring. Today it's fine. ___________________________________________ meow I get a Mike hug! I get a Mike hug!
