For what it's worth, I LOVE your attitude! YEAH BABY...raise some hell! You know what's REALLY funny? I have not used ANY pain reliever for my ankle, except one tylenol as they "set" and bandaged it in the ER, so I have a full bottle of vicoden. Perhaps I will hole onto that...in case of an "emergency". Lol! Btw, remember you can always PM or call if you're bored...

Dazzle 0 #11 June 24, 2004 Had my arm in a sling for 4 weeks recently. When I got to take it out I had almost no movement. Took 6 weeks of physio to get movement back. Afterward they said that it might have been better to have moved it a bit whilst in the sling. I only had a little break of the coronoid process (end of the ulna in the elbow) Might be worth asking your doc about. I was skiing at the time and was able to carry on skiing with the limited movement. No way I'd have been able to skydive, left elbow wouldnt bend beyond 90 degrees so no ability to reach reserve handle. D
cocheese 0 #12 June 24, 2004 Yep i try to move my arm in every direction that doesn't hurt . No/little pain when resting. I thought i would be good-to-go in two weeks the way i'm improving, but after he told me what really happened , i think i should just take it easy for a while. Only wearing the sling when i'm up and about. The sling seems to cause more discomfort than just holding my arm to the chest.
