weegegirl 2 #1 June 21, 2004 Cuz he tried to ride a bike yesterday and took a spill. Looks like our freefly manatee may be out for quite some time with a f*cked up collarbone (how do you spell that?? ). Don't know the extent of damage quite yet, but it really sucks and it's really painful. He'll be home soon, so everyone tell him what a moron he is. We need to start a "Save the Manatee" fund. Heal quick McBrokenBones!

damion75 0 #8 June 21, 2004 QuoteCuz he tried to ride a bike yesterday and took a spill. What went wrong? Did he change bike type and size at the same time and then go riding in unfamiliar conditions? Perhaps there should be a checklist... Hope he gets better soon - that shit hurts!! *************** Not one shred of evidence supports the theory that life is serious - look at the platypus. turtlespeed 226 #9 June 21, 2004 Really - we need more info here, was he at the proper experiance level for his tire loading? What was the altitude? Was there video?I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun

Nightingale 0 #13 June 21, 2004 ah. if the tire loading was acceptable for your experience level, from your account of the situation, I guess one could chalk it up to "equipment malfunction due to improper maintenance"?

freeflir29 0 #18 June 22, 2004 Dude....that really sucked. By the time I got over there you were this horrible pale color. I guess you won't have an excuse to tone down the hangovers for a while. Now what you need to do is put up a "Help Manatee Bathe" board in manifest. That way you can assign a differen't DZ Hottie to help you with showering each day. Lord only knows there are PLENTY of candidates up there.
