Reserve Sizes for Wings W4

Looking to get rid of the Tempo 120 I currently have in my Wings W4. A potential replacement is a PD106R.

I emailed Wings and they said that they have not put a 106 into a W4. Just looking to see if anyone has and how it worked out.

Wings W-4 designed for PD-R 113/126. I think is possible use Optimum-143.

I have Wings W-1 (smallest one) with PD-R 113 (DOM 2001).
