$4500.00 for the engagement ring and $2500.00 for the wedding band. if i had more coin i would have spent more for my queen.

I think we spent maybe $300 on the wedding bands. Real gold ones. The engagement ring cost all of $40. My wife's ma gave her original engagement ring (she divorced my wife's father), and my ma anted up a diamond she was saving for the first of her kids to get married. A local jeweler put the two together for $40. Now, 23 years later, we're still wearing them.
