MiataDRM 0 #1 June 13, 2004 Hello everyone! It's been ages since I've posted anything on dz.com. It's good to see some the same old names...and good to see more new ones! It's been about 1.5 years since I've jumped last due to my many deployments (why did I ever admit to being a fluent Arabic speaker)! Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know I was thinking about you...Now get off the computer & go skydive!...do a jump for me this wkend! Semper Fi & Blue Sky, Majdi E.I'm a Pschydiver! Majdi E. damion75 0 #5 June 13, 2004 Me too - its is soul destroying looking up at the blue skies day after day isn't it!! Still, only 32 days left... Then jumping ALL summer!*************** Not one shred of evidence supports the theory that life is serious - look at the platypus.
freeflir29 0 #6 June 14, 2004 That sucks! I'll be in that boat by the end of summer. Work will cause me to take 90 day breaks......but then I'll have 2 months straight to jump every day it's sunny! Go find some people to shoot at.....I'm sure that'll take your mind off things.

weavermc 0 #9 June 14, 2004 I know the feeling brother! I'm sitting here in Baghdad and watching our satellite tv. They play the same thing OVER AND OVER - so of course, I've watched George Sr jump about 30 times already! Oh well, I get my R&R leave in a little bit and I'll get to jump with my honey! Enjoy it while you got it, sure sucks being here! weaves
GravityGirl 0 #10 June 14, 2004 I'm looking forward to the day my nephew comes home from Iraq too! I promised to take him through AFF. He had a short return home after an injury and we went for a tandem jump. Then he healed up and got shipped back. He is a Marine too. With your skills, you may have worked with him.... who knows? I really look forward to all of you guys coming home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!
