What's Your Happy Thought?

Recommended Posts

Hmmm, how about . . . being able to think thoughts at all.

Being able to say, "Damn, I love this sport!"

It is a wonderous thing to see people reflect upon thier daily lives. Something as simple as thinking about a happy thought...reminds all of us that our lives arent so bad.Remembering a happy thought is sure to bring about a smile. Smiles...they are such powerful things.

* smelling fresh flowers, fresh fruit, clean skin
*soaking in a tub with music, candles, smelling sooo yummy & feeling soft and pretty when I am done
* seeing a knowing look, the curve of a smile begin to form
* laughing until my cheeks hurt over something innocently funny
* knowing that I am going to be spending time with my whole family together...doing anything at all
* hugging someone and getting an extra squeeze and unexpected sweet, warm kiss on the cheek from him/her
* feeling intelligent, beautiful, sexy, strong, free
* being told that I am loved
*knowing that I have friends who are beautiful, loving, caring
* the seconds before I can feel the wind on my skin as I fly on the hill
* screaming with joy under canopy after a really, really good skydive
* the HUGE freefall grin & thumbs up of an LO or coach right before tracking off at the end of (again) an exceptionally well-executed skydive
* thoughts of snugggling in the winter...of listening to rain pelt down while I am inside curled up in just a blanket next to a fireplace with candles lit in the background
* the warm, hot sun on my bare skin...caressing and warming my body from the outside in...:$

*The memory of good skydives.
*Good times I spent with my daddy, and the good times I still have to spend with my mom.
*Camping with my hubby. Those are such good times! Especially one trip to the Monashee mountains over ten years ago... still a happy spot.:)*The smell of fresh damp earth.
*Playing with my nieces and nephews.
*The buzz from doing a good piece of writing. Yes, it's as good as skydiving, believe it or not.:P

She IS one beautiful baby!! There were some people who said 'the sound of children laughing' as the happiest thought. I hope you've already experienced this, Catfish:

The sound of my children laughing in their sleep. (nothing is better).

WHAT A BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES!!!

These are the real happy thoughts:

MEN: Boobies
Women: Shopping.

Keep it real people. :P

Well, I don't know about "shopping", but the rest I agree with.

my happy thoughts include the fact that there is a real possibility I may be moving to Cali:)

I moved from Sterling Heights/Troy, MI to southern Cali and I'm sure glad I'm here in Cali now! It's probably a move that'll be well worth it...nothing to be scared about :)
