It should also include jumping with a "Ghetto Bros." and must be on video. Tell you what. Send me the name of your home DZ and your Ghetto name. Pick two names. Since you are the first you will be H.S.I.C. We will only have 2 Chapters per state. East Side and West Side. Seems fitting enough. Each Chapter will have one H.S.I.C. The first person to send me two Ghetto names by pm with there Home DZ and State (Don't forget to say East or West side), will be the H.S.I.C. Once we get some H.S.I.C. we can come up with details.
