skydiver30960 0 #28 May 21, 2004 It'd be worth some research and maybe a homebrewer can clue us in, but IIRC the amount of moonshine you can make tax free is pretty unreal. 100 gallons a year or something like that... so as long as you don't slip into high-speed production you'll burn up every brain cell you have before ATF or the IRS cares.
