If you don't drop it into the pool, I don't think you could hurt it.Oh, and Canon changed the naming on the camera just so that we could correct each other. The last model was a D60, but this one is a 10D. I was out using it photographing landings with the 28-200 lens, but with the multiplication factor that sucker is a 50-320!
