happythoughts 0 #26 May 5, 2004 Some people have very heat-reflective sheets. I think they are flannel. Not blankets, just the sheets. I get way overheated with those and cannot sleep. Maybe it's your sheets.
EricaH 0 #27 May 5, 2004 Could be, however, flannel sheets typically keep me the coolest, unless I'm overheating. I've use hight count cotton, low count, polyester (b/f's fault), those nice T-shirt material sheets, sleeping bag material, silk, satin & no sheets - I can't find a pattern - sometimes it's burning up, sometimes I wake up shaking I'm so cold. Doug, we all know Vallerina suffers from a case of hottieness - she's def smokin (not the tobacco way either)... There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear. happythoughts 0 #28 May 5, 2004 Flannel overheats me. I stay away from satin/satinique/polyester because of the "traction" problem. I like the high thread count cotton.
EricaH 0 #29 May 5, 2004 Quotebecause of the "traction" problem I copy on that problem! mmmm high count cotton.... really though, you should try the T-shirt sheets, very soft!!! Almost like flannel but not as hot. There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear.
