wmw999 2,439 #1 November 3, 2002 I thought about making this a poll, but the selection is just too big. Just wondering what types of aircraft people have jumped out of, particularly the ones that aren't standard any more or standard at all. E.g. Islander, twin Beech, Lodestar... My most non-standard was probably a B-17. Out the door, but still a B-17... Wendy W.There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. wmw999 2,439 #6 November 3, 2002 The full list would have to include C-172, C-180, C-182, C-206, Islander (ick), Stearman, some sort of low-wing Piper (maybe a Cherokee?), Twin Beech, Lodestar, Twin Otter, DC-3, Skyvan, CASA, a balloon, and the aforementioned B-17. I might have forgotten something, but if so, it was neither exceptionally good nor exceptionally bad.
