catfishhunter 2 #6 May 3, 2004 didn't see anyplace I would like to Live. But I like the west Born and raised in Vegas Moved to Utah When Vegas began to like me WAY more then I liked it. I love it here. 4 seasons low population Surronded by mountains, I can be fishing in 10 minutes in almost any direction from my house and Sky Dive Ogden jumps nearly year round Yep I love where I live and really don't wish to go anywhere else except to visit. kansasskydiver 0 #7 May 3, 2004 QuoteFlorida is on the top of my list As soon as tomorrow, as late as never. All depends on my current situation and what is to come of it, also depends on if I get accepted or not to school. I'll be going to school in Tampa, anything in that area for you?<--- See look, pink dolphins DO exist!

kansasskydiver 0 #12 May 3, 2004 QuoteThere's some listed in the Tampa area, however doesn't really mention salary...........what's the cost of living there? Any ideas? There were some nice 1200ft 2 bedroom apts just outside of Tamps for about $600 a month. Min wage is high there as well and Z-hills is only 15 mins away $100 deposit on the apt and the bills were the same. Gas is around $1.85-$2.00 just like everywhere else. Jumps are $18 hehe<--- See look, pink dolphins DO exist!

FallingILweenie 0 #16 May 3, 2004 I'd say Illinois, because the city of Chicago rocks no matter what, but winters really really blow here and it's expensive to live here. in the summer, however, the skydiving here is second to none. 2 absolutely awesome dzs both within an hr-hr and a half of the city. blue skies Tomas

Tink1717 2 #20 May 3, 2004 Anywhere west of the rockies, south of Las Vegas. The only place where the weather is more jump friendly than not. Besides, Eloy rules!!!Skydivers don't knock on Death's door. They ring the bell and runaway... It really pisses him off. -The World Famous Tink. (I never heard of you either!!) Misslmperfect 0 #21 May 3, 2004 i vote dallas...good pay, cost of living ROCKS, great weather.... after living in illinois for a couple years, i can say not the greatest weather, and the cost of living sucks... put it this way: we lived in a NICE 2 story 1400 sq ft apt in dallas, and paid 1100/ month. we got a 1030 sq ft 1 story apt in illinois and paid nearly 1400. ...dunno, but i think we got fucked on that deal lolOh Canada, merci pour la livraison! RoadRash 0 #24 May 4, 2004 Well, it sounds like someone would like to relocate to Texas...but I am biased...I love Texas and my best friend lives in Houston...sooo...that would be my vote...... And here is a good break down: QuoteTexas! Good skydiving weather. Low real estate prices. No state income tax. I rest my case... ~R+R...I personally liked the area of Houston I was in...but my friend lives in a nice area, as opposed to where a friend of mine from the Purdue Club is from in Houston...that area sounds a bit scary...~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Fly the friendly skies...^_^...})ii({...^_~...
