Ever been in deep credit card debt?

Sorry folks, I've got you all beat.
I've got about $43k on two credit cards right now. It was up to $46k not too long ago. I just got done building a house and we already borrowed the max, so we had to whip out the cc's. Perhaps I should put up a Paypal "Donate" button so you all can help me pay it off?

You are not trying hard enough. I had over $60K at one time. Trying to keep a failing business afloat with credit card financing.

Yes I have credit card dept. About10K including the 4K for my student loans. I don’t count my car as depth because it is insured.

I have been slowly paying it off but as of right now I am looking for a part time job but it is very hard to find something that will fit my schedule.

All my dept was because of a car I bought that had nothing but problems, and you all know how that works you can’t work or go to school with out a car. Public transportation was not even an option. So the car cost me about 6K over 1-1/2 years. I got screwed.:(

Here is the key to getting out of debt....

1. List of all your debt...
2. Rank them from highest to lowest interest rates.
3. Pay the minimums on the lowest interest rate debts and throw the max you can on the high ones.
4. Cut up the cards..

I financed all of my skydiving my first year and all the shit I bought for my house on two cards..
I think of them as loans since they are both at interest rates at 4% or lease.

If a credit card company won't give you a good rate, tell them you will leave them. They want your business.

yeah.. but that was nothing compared to the bill I got the other day from the IRS.. $409,000 and some odd cents.. Please make check payable to the Internal Revenue Service and mail in the enclosed envelope.. I was like.. ummm.. sure.. I'll take care of that little oversight just this moment.. :S

Funny thing was.. it was a big relief to see it because that is down from close to $2 million in combined problems from just 2 years ago.. I think my total problems now are only a little over $600,000.. I'll trade you for your cc debt.. B|
