SpeedRacer 1 #30 April 24, 2004 some day soon we'll look back at how cheesy the 90's were. I saw this guy today wearing those huge "homie" style jeans...the ones that are about 20 sizes too big & sliding halfway down his ass showing about 5 inches of undies. In the early 90s this was often combined with a button-down shirt, untucked, with only the top button buttoned. It was supposed to be a "gangsta" look, but it actually looked more like "Retarded Kid Tries to Dress Himself." I can honestly say I have always thought the baggy-pants-sliding-down thing looked retarded. someday soon the rest of the world will realize it too.
