HR2 Audible Pocket

I just bought a new HR2 helmet. When I tried to install my pro-track in the pocket I find that the slot in the material is not cut wide enough to get it into the pocket. Are you supposed to just cut the slot longer so you can insert the pro-track? Also, is the opening actually big enough for the pro-track? It seems a little small to me. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same set up. My protrack fits very snugly in the left audible pocket, so much so I've had to make a small hook out of a paperclip to get it back out.

Did you have to cut the slot bigger to slide it into the pocket?

I believe a pro-track is a little bigger than the newer generation of audibles on the market, so the helmet mfg is probably guilty of not accommodating your old unit well.

If you know it doesn't fit, are you just going to sit there and look at it, post on the internet? Or are you going to grab a knife, cut the thing the bit you need and be on with shit?

I have the exact same equipment and find the fit is snug, but it does fit just fine. Remove your liners and double check the fit.
