Yup. Even older Atoms than that are freefly friendly.
Just make sure you take a good look at the walrus teeth or the single "tuckflap" that closes the main container, if it still fits good enough/is straight and stiff enough to properly stay closed. Cheap fix if it needs replacing though.

I fly an Atom Classic. Has worked fine for me for 200 jumps now. And as stiff enough to properly stay closed. And as Dragon2 says, I always make sure the last flaps etc. are stiff enough to properly stay closed.
