kai2k1 0 #1 March 29, 2004 I sliced my thumb pretty bad, but i dont think it can be sutured. Should I head to the ER? There's no truer sense of flying than sky diving," Scott Cowan
Yoshi 0 #2 March 29, 2004 nah... suck it up really... if its bleeding all over the place and looks deep enough to need stitches than go get it done. if you can put some butterfly bandages on it to keep it shut and that is good for you, then may as well not pay out the but for an ER visit..._________________________________________ this space for rent. mcrocker 0 #8 March 29, 2004 Nah, rub dirt in it, chicks dig scars... Can't really tell from the picture, how deep is it? Doesn't look too bad. If it has stopped bleeding throw a bandaid on it to pull the skin together
turtlespeed 220 #9 March 29, 2004 What was your tetnas loading at the time of the cut? How many cuts have you had to date - Were you current in cutting? What safety training did you have before the cut? Seriously - grab some nylon thread, soak it in alcohol and sew it up yourself. No biggie.I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama BTR #1 / OTB^5 Official #2 / Hellfish #408 / VSCR #108/Tortuga/Orfun
dzdiva 7 #10 March 29, 2004 Just keep it clean. Antibiotic ointment and make sure the area around it doesn't get red, swollen and warm to the touch. It'll be fine."It's not just a daydream if you choose to make it your life..."

As for the superglue idea, rafting in CO made your heels get vicious cracks in them, huge ones.
