Swoopyswoop 0 #14 March 29, 2004 beltsander racing has been around since the early eightys. There is actually a national sanctioning event for racing them and some pretty good money involved. Dont be fooled however, these arent your everyday makita belt sanders you get at the home depot. Some very serious manhours and money go into building a racer. I have seen some that can cost upwards of 3 or 4 thousand dollars to build. Pretty cool to watch them run national belt sander racing association www.beltsanderracing.com "when I die, I want to go like my grandfather while im sleeping, not like the passengers riding in the car with me Swoopster A.S.S. #6 Future T.S.S holder

Feline Festival Maple Syrup Festival Annual Doll and Toy Sale Kite Day (bummer if there is no wind) Tulip Time Loyalty Day International Migrating Birds Day Czech Days Slovak Days Cival War Reinactment (funny, wasn't no cival war fought in Iowa) Green Day Volkswalk Toto Fest (as many dogs that look like Toto get together and there is a contest to see who looks most like Toto...and this is Iowa, not Kansas... figure that one out) Melon City (much like the 'melon thump' all of this fun and excitement before the first day of Summer! I may disagree with what you have to say, but I shall defend to the death your right to say it. - Voltaire
