The reserve closing loop is TOO long or the reserve p/c fabric was set too wide & went under the side flaps or both which might create what you see in the video. UPT print out an advice that the Cypres closing loop onall Vector 3 & Sigma h/c will max. 13 cm long (5") from cypres disc or shorter based on the reserve container size & canopy packed in. BUT MAX. 13 cm (5") The same was found in Mirage , Atom , Infinity & for that reason some mfg. chage the cutter location to TOP of Reserve P/C All is about Riggers will do the work as it should be done.
