Super Duper Cheeseburgers - Brown one and a half pounds of ground beef in a saute pan along with a cup of frozen diced onions (or fresh) along with salt and pepper. - Drain beef mixture and and return to pan. - Stir in one and a half to two cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Mix until all is melted. - Spoon out mixture onto a bun (I like the onion ones) and enjoy. You can add a tad bit of ketchup if you like once it is on your bun.
