Chicken chimi with beans - the real thing, not some big wrapped up thing

I'm eating a big pile of spinach leaves with a sliced up organic tomato. Tuna fish mixed up with LOTS of Organic mustard piled on top then mixed in.

Ew gross.

I'm having a spam sandwich with mayo and anchovies.

Quick, easy and delicious lunch or dinner...not to mention cheap.

Super Duper Cheeseburgers

- Brown one and a half pounds of ground beef in a saute pan along with a cup of frozen diced onions (or fresh) along with salt and pepper.

- Drain beef mixture and and return to pan.

- Stir in one and a half to two cups of sharp cheddar cheese. Mix until all is melted.

- Spoon out mixture onto a bun (I like the onion ones) and enjoy.

You can add a tad bit of ketchup if you like once it is on your bun.

Kids love it...and me too ;)
