RkyMtnHigh 0 #1 March 18, 2004 The phone interview with my previous employer went really well. So well that after we hung up, I refreshed my email and had a Release Form for a Background Check, Department of Motor Vehicle check, drug screen consent, and application. Seems like good news to me, however I'm trying to temper my excitement until I'm a little further along in the process. The next step is for the hiring manager to review the notes and set up a face to face interview. I asked what the timeline is and it's "asap" which I told them would be fine with me. I watched the sunset over the mountains tonight and it feels bittersweet. I'm excited to be homeward bound, as I miss my family so much; but at the same time, I've been here in Colorado since high school graduation and have gone through so much development and growing up here. I can always come back to visit. _________________________________________

Where would you be going, what would you be doing at the new job? Hope it's worth it both from a financial and fulfillment point of view. Here's to it working out for you, good luck. The older I get the less I care who I piss off.

Tampa bound..and yes the financials would be awesome, especially since the cost of living is so much less. I'm in biotech sales and it'd be awesome to rejoin the company and colleagues who I miss so much. I like Colorado as it is a beautiful place, however I have been here since 1985 and far away from my family. I've had two failed marriages and there's nothing keeping me here anymore. I have missed out on so much in my niece and nephews' lives as well as my brother and parents...my grandfather is 90 yrs old and I miss them all so much. I can always come back to Colorado to visit; and as far as my DZ buds, I'm sure I'll see them again at boogies. Furthermore, Florida is loaded with awesome DZs and I can jump year round...YAY! _________________________________________
