need (more) advice near perris

Recommended Posts

almost everything is booked for our trip but I
need some (more) advice on getting to elsinore/perris...

here's the deal:
my buddy is landing in LAX on the 3rd, and i'm leaving Las Vegas on the 5th.
option I: he'll find his way from LAX to elsinore with public transportation, and i'll rent a car in vegas and drive.
option II: he'll rent the car in LAX, i'll fly to Ontario and he'll pick me up from there.

question is, how does he get from LAX to elsinore ?

thanks

Option II would probably be best... It wouldn't be too far out of the way for him to drive through Ontario on the way to Elsinore... Finding public transportation from LAX to Elsinore might be a bit tricky though - there is probably a bus, but I'm not sure...

Option 2 is the best, the best to go from LAX to Ontario is to take: Fwy. 105 E. to 605 N. to I10 E. exit off of Archibald Avenue to Ontario Airport. ;)

it is VERY easy to get from LAX to Elsinore via public transportation.

1. take the shuttle from the airport to the Green line.

2. Take the Green Line to the Norwalk Metrolink station

3. Take Metrolink to West Corona

4. Take the Lake Elsinore bus (206 CommuterLink)to Elsinore. It drops off at the Elsinore Outlets.

The Metro 22 bus from the Lake Elsinore outlet center also goes to the city of Perris.

To get to Skydive Elsinore, take the Elsinore City Bus number 7 from the outlet Center to the Albertson's shopping center on Mission Trail. Skydive Elsinore is a few blocks south along mission trail, and about 2 blocks west on Corydon.

Also they have a shuttle bus that runs from LAX to Ontario several times a day
Not sure of the cost.
In addition there is Super Shuttle Vans that will take you all over Southern California (Cost varies by distance traveled)
