It's really not a big deal. You know how it is, "My lawyer says it should have 3 commas, your lawyer says it should have 2 commas and a period." Spent about an hour on the phone today with everyone, the mayor, city manager, their lawyer, our lawyer, Bernice, Don and me. Seems we all agree on where the commas and periods go, so all is well.
