Muenkel 0 #1 March 12, 2004 This past Monday, I went for some grueling medical tests. This Monday, I go back to Dartmouth for different medical tests. First, I will make a full recovery. However, I was told that I won't even feel like I am recovering until sometime between mid-August and mid-February 2005. I will get through this, I am determined. Somehow I will take it one day at a time. It could have been much worse. Chris _________________________________________ Chris

A test you will pass. Just like you will eventually get back to AFF and pass that too!!! Keep the faith. Muenkel 0 #14 March 12, 2004 Hey thanks folks. I know this is good news but just imagine having a horrible case of the flu and being told that you will remain in the really bad stage for atleast 12-18 months. That's the part I struggle with. But I will make it through, like you all said. And I'm trying to stay away from the pity parties. Could have been much worse...I say that to myself so many times a day. Think positive Chris!!! Thanks and blue skies everyone. Be safe. Chris _________________________________________ Chris

Snowbird 0 #16 March 12, 2004 Chris, hug that doctor for me! The bearer of good news deserves a hug. So do you! Sounds like you just got an official 'Spend the summer at the beach' prescription. That's not sooo bad. Be well! And be good to yourself. Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea. -Robert A.
