flynhi 0 #52 March 11, 2004 I live down the street from USF on Fowler. It takes 20 minutes tops to get to ZHills. There are a ton of apts in the area. Go to apartments.com and look for places in Temple Terrace, NE Tampa on Fowler or Fletcher. There are a couple apts on the river that are really nice and less than what you said you were looking for.
