SarahC07 0 #28 March 3, 2004 WOW you guys are awesome! Really really awesome! I have not experienced significant weightloss, but I did lose a good 20-30 pounds a few years back. AND I'm damn glad... However, just recently, I've been gaining back a few pounds .. so to hear your stories and see your pictures... it's awesome motivation. My tricks: Weight Watchers works. I didn't spend the money to join the program, I stole the information from a friend- but damn, It works ... AND rollerblading and running. I can rollerblade like a champ and I love doing it... I picked up running about a year and a half ago and have been using that to stay in shape since.. ~Sarah

Casch 0 #33 March 3, 2004 I'm you're hero?!? Even after I told you to squeeze your (non-existant) nuts with vice-grips? Wow! Thank you!
 sum1mom 0 #34 March 3, 2004 sheeee-it!! You guys are freakin incredible. Question. Have you noticed the difference in the way people treat you? I know someone that dropped a lot of weight, and she says that alot of the people that never noticed her before and wouldn't give her the time of day, are now just so "pleasant" to be around. It really makes one sit back and realize what a stereo-typical prejudiced society we are in. Sorry to get on a soap box, but - some people are just aXXholes. The movie "Shallow Hal" was a wonderful tribute to admiring a person for their inward beauty. ......I can really ramble on this one...sorry...GOOD JOB GUYS...YOU LOOK MAAA-VA-LOUS!!
 Casch 0 #35 March 3, 2004 Actually, in the past week I have noticed that some very good looking girls in the workplace that used to just walk by looking straight ahead now meet my eyes and smile. Actually, Yes, I have noticed. . .however there is more to it I think than just the weight loss. . .I also have more confidence and that translates in the way I carry myself. I smile more, walk taller, and will generally offer a "hello" or, depending on where I am, a hug, where I would not do that before because I didn't feel good about myself.
