EdC 0 #2 February 27, 2004 Maybe the water is turned off to the urinal and the ice melts to wash away the urine. Or maybe it gives people something to aim for so they don't piss on the floor, or wall, or the door handle, or the sink faucet or your shoe. Zeemax 0 #8 February 27, 2004 was that urinal in a bar? Bar's often have buckets of ice to use through the night, then when its done they throw the ice in a urinal or sommit so it can melt.
