Religion or Politics; Which do you prefer to debate?

Recommended Posts

real macho men (read: skydivers) don't pack - they have a lot of female groupies that are way to eager hanging around with a coooool dude and willing to satisfy his needs. so they do all the packing for you. well at least that's how it works for me - how about you? :P

Politics.

Religion is, by its very nature, based on belief rather than fact, and is therefore unarguable. You always just end up agreeing to disagree, because there's no way to prove either side.

With political arguments, there's a lot more fact involved.

I enjoy discussing religion, but not debating it. I see religious discussions as more of an opportunity for me to learn something new, whereas political discussions...those are just fun!

Well, at least there should be more facts involved.

I love debating religion and politics. Which is why gay marriage is so much fun to debate/discuss since the government is now trying to force their collective religious beliefs on an entire nation.

Do you realize that those 2 subjects have spilled more blood than anyone could possibly imagine? Those 2 horses have been beaten to death so many times over, I really don't even want to go there. Let's talk about skydiving instead!:)
I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being
right.
