Lee03 0 #5 February 24, 2004 How did you meet the first love of your life? I don't rememeber, but it was a disaster and an experience that I wish has never happened. > Has there ever been a moment when you have felt truly alone? Yes > Which moment of your life would you like to replay, at your discretion, over and over again? Five moments come to mind, of equal importance due to the feeling I had from them. In no particular order: 1. When I soloed an airplane for the first time 2. When I passed the checkride for my Private Pilot Certificate. 3. My first jump/free fall (level 1 AFF) 4. When I finished AFF 5. When I got my "A" License. > Which moment of your life would you like to erase from existence? Every heartbreak and all of the pain that they have caused over the years. > What, in your experience, is the best characteristic trait of a human being? I have, in the past, often wondered if there are any, but I guess, in some people anyway, the ability to forgive and to love. > What, in your experience, is the worst characteristic trait of a human being? Too many to name, among them -- hate, resentment, distrust, greed, being self-centered, placing one's self and one's happiness over all others, selfishness, I could continue, but see no need to, there are allot!-------- To put your life in danger from time to time ... breeds a saneness in dealing with day-to-day trivialities. --Nevil Shute, Slide Rule

Kennedy 0 #9 February 24, 2004 Deep six comes from the times of Wooden ships and Iron men, not the other way around. It is a reference to the measurements of old: fathoms. Six fathoms was the minimum requirement to consider it the deep sea. Deep Six. I'm not sure how it came to embody junking old equipment, but that is the meaning today. Maybe in six fathoms, you could sink a ship and not worry about it interfering with traffic? edit for spelling and no, I don't want to asnwer these questions.witty subliminal message Guard your honor, let your reputation fall where it will, and outlast the bastards. 1*
