Vallerina 2 #1 February 17, 2004 Which would you rather be? Many people make fun of (insert random celebrity here) for being so dumb, but maybe they ease their low-iq pains by eating a gourmet breakfast-in-bed that their personal chef prepared for them. Sure, if you're smart, you have the option to eventually get to the financial status that many rich, pretty celebrities are at, but it would be nice to be a 21 year old multi-millionaire. Personally, I'd go with smart and poor. If you're dumb and rich, you're probably too dumb to keep that money for long. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

skybytch 273 #10 February 17, 2004 Having never been dumb and rich, that would be my answer. For stress reduction alone - who cares how hard it is to handle all that money when you have enough to pay someone to do it for you? That's way less stress than deciding which utility bill gets paid this month. And think about it - if you're poor, how smart can you really be? I mean, how hard can it be to get rich since all those stupid people seem to be able to do it? Unless of course you have a moral objection to getting rich, in which case it is understandable that you'd choose to be poor. It's too early in the morning to be asking such deep questions, Val.
