LouDiamond 1 #57 February 16, 2004 All I can say is that this was a waste of some major money on the sponsors part. The only one who impressed me was Kaleen with her snowboarding. All the other "events" were marginal at best and I know there are people here on DZ.com that could of represented those particular disciplines better than that group. Which also brings up the fact that they pretty much perpetuated the "crazy skydiver" with some of their comments. I don't know any of those involved and I'm sure they are great guys and all but they have come off as totaly irresponsible . My bet is Miles really is the guy Sean Penn played in Fast times at Ridgemont high. I think they tried to make this like a reality/ extreme sports show which took away from it. I think it's safe to say there won't be too many more if any of these episodes. One other thing I found disturbing is the blowing up of the vehicle. As someone who blows things up as part of my living I can tell you the group of people were too close to that explosion even if they stripped the vehicle down. That was probably the most dangerous part of the show IMO. My hat is off to the guides and support people who obviously busted their asses for those guys.
