masterrig 1 #2 October 31, 2010 I've used mineral spirits with much success. Then wash the area with mild soap and water as soon as all the adhesive was removed. Go to your local store and buy lighter fluid( Naptha), the replacement type for cigarette lighters. Apply and use a papertowel to remove both the adhesive and the excess Naptha.
