As for me, I'm working on valentine's day. Probably a double. Hopefully a lot of you happy couples out there will think of Applebee's (and your server!) on v-day. In fact, I recommend MY restaurant to you all...just ask for me. I'll be the only one wearing a closing pin necklace.

And I'd like to say how much I love UPS right now...when you can't be with the ones you love, what better way to celebrate the holiday than to ship them something special?

Well, it looks like I wont be doing anything for Valentine's Day again this year. I was going to see if I could get some girl friends together and watch movies or go out,but they all have plans. So I'll prob curl up with some chocolate and/or some fresh peaches covered in honey (a new fav of mine) and watch movies.

Its probably for the best since the weather is supposed to be crap here tomorrow..including an almost certain chance of snow.(yes thats right I said snow..and I live in TX!) it snowed almost an inch today and I havent seen that since I visited NY in 2000/2001.It'll all be a brown puddle within hours though.*shrug*

This day really irritates me, even though I'm happily involved with the love of my life right now. We feel compelled to have someone special on this day and get really ragged out if we don't. And even if you DO have someone special, why should this day have any more significance than any other day with your loved one? Sheesh.
