freeflir29 0 #1 February 11, 2004 A guy I work with is a former Army SF guy. He has about 700+ plus jumps and was on a HALO team in Germany. Had a S/L rating also. Well......about 1995 he broke his back quite seriously jumping military rounds. Then the military hospital in Germany damn near killed him. Finally he went to a German hospital and they fixed him up. After his injury he gave up skydiving. He still has a couple rigs at his house. Since he is the only person I work with that jumps (Except the couple of guys that have only done HALO and never skydived) I usually end up talking to him about skydiving. I was in the office yesterday and mentioned that I got done with my first video. I sent him the link ....he called me a "Fucker" for tempting him back to the sport. Oh well...what are ya gonna do?
