Well, you could easily make the comparison with the US for labelling people as "enemy combatants" in order to hold them indefinately without trial. You're talking symantics.

He hasn't seen anymore than I have.. Personally, I GUARANTEE he hasn't seen more innocent people killed by war or terror than I have. What he saw in Europe was on TV (nothing happened in Denmark) What I saw in USA (my country) on TV -- Why can he say I don't know what itis like to see innocents killed?

Is it so unreasonable to believe there is "a source" of the problem and that attacking it/them would have better served the cause of the hijackers than killing those poor people on 9/11?
What purpose did they serve? The terrorist didn't accomplish anything besides getting a bunch of their numbers killed.

I would agree with that. But they certainly attracted a lot of attention and unfortunately, many more people to their cause.

OBL's issue with the US was/is the american bases on "holy" soil.
My guarantee is that I served 4 years in Special Forces training the tribesmen of Iran to fight IRAQIS and the freedom fighters of Afghanistan to fight the reds.
