VanillaSkyGirl 6 #54 January 30, 2004 QuoteUm, Slug, I am certain it would be highly "entertaining", but, um, well, I am having surgery on my cervix and uterus. I don't think it's something I am prepared to see, let alone let anyone else see. LMAO!!! I TOTALLY understand, Michele. You don't have to see it. Uhhh...but I DO have a video of a laparoscopy of mine. Yes, I saw my uterus, cervix and a whole lot more. I also saw them cautherizing the endo. lesions...which promptly returned. :( Oh well, it was a nice try. QuoteAnd I never did a tandem....but I have vids of all first tries at the various levels of AFF. Hey! I never did a tandem either. I sadly didn't film any AFFs. I think that it's cool that you have yours on film! Michele, you are in my prayers with your upcoming surgery, sweetie. I know that it's a scary thing to go through, so please know that you are in my thoughts. CHRIS, my dear, I do feel for you, my friend. I am so very sorry that you have to go through all this and for so very, very long, but I hope that you know that you are in everyone's thoughts. I know that you will feel better once they can determine what is going on exactly. I really hope that you know that I will be thinking about you and trying to send all my warmest wishes for a speedy recovery. You will be OK in the end. I just know it. peacefuljeffrey 0 #55 January 30, 2004 QuoteOn Weds. Feb. 4th they're going to cut my head open. No big deal, just an incision and a couple of drill holes through my scull. Yeah right! Folks, keep jumping out of planes...just stay away from stairs. Chris Hey, there are lots of other ways to get one's head cut open -- if I had to have it happen, I'd opt for surgeons doing it! I don't know you personally, but if you're here, you're family, so I hope everything works out well for you and you return to full health. Best wishes. ---Jeffrey-Jeffrey "With tha thoughts of a militant mind... Hard line, hard line after hard line!"

Michele Hopefully this will be a once in a lifetime oppurtunity.I'm not a ob/gyn but I doubt anyone will see the video or would know what it is except you. It's your body, you know the drill, you've got other things to worry about beside a dumb video. Good luck.BTW I've got copies of my MRI's and other medical stuff If I have to see another Dr in the future I've got video/scans pictures whatever for the new Dr to look at maybe for comparision purposes. Muenkel 0 #58 January 30, 2004 Thanks folks for all your posts and pm's. They really do help. I learned a little while ago that Michele is also having surgery the same day. That is really weird. I remember when we hooked up in Nashville back in August, she had mentioned to me what she was dealing with and my symptoms were just beginning. Neither of us realized at the time what lied ahead. I'm sure you're sending all your vibes and prayers to her also. While writing her a pm just a little while ago, I realized I had a haircut appt. scheduled for Monday. I guess I should cancel that since I will be getting a "free" one. This proves they need to look at my brain. Anyway, if anyone knows how to convince the doctor to begin the anesthesia now, let me know. Thanks again, and I'll let you know as soon as I can. WrongWay 0 #62 January 30, 2004 Think of it this way. In some cultures, they claim that drilling holes in your head relieves pressure on your brain, making it more efficient so you get a little smarter. Others claim you can get a permanent high from drilling holes in your head. Either way, you're good to go pal!! Keep your chin up, you'll be able to jump again before you know it. Good luck to you bro. Wrong Way D #27371 Mal Manera Rodriguez Cajun Chicken Ø Hellfish #451 The wiser wolf prevails.
