After too many years jumping in ANY weather in the military and my first winter in skydiving jumping whenever the plane went up......I made a new rule. Unless you move south you are gonna miss out on a lot of fun jumpin It was 12 on the ground and -15 at altitude a few weeks ago and I made 2 awesome jumps.
