You probably get those all the time, when your drunk you just don't notice them (or can't focus on them and throw them on the floor)! Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW! mr2mk1g 10 #16 January 23, 2004 oh yeah - cos Im sober enough to utter intelligable speach, the kebab bloke understands enough english (or at least gesticulation) to know I dont want any damn cabbage, lettuce, onion and the token slice of tomato. Because I didnt get served it, I don't have to drop it on the floor.

caz 0 #19 January 23, 2004 talking of food, has anyone ever eaten pidgeon? I went out to China Town last night and we had this huge big platter of stuff (there were 16 of us) and one of the dishes was pidgeon. It was all done up as if it was still alive complete with feet and head and everything all on the plate there in front of us. Nasty. Although theres now one less pidgeon in Leicester Square. ~~~ London Skydivers ~~~
mr2mk1g 10 #20 January 23, 2004 yup - ive had pidgeon. Not bad. Very much like partridge meat or pheasant although a bit tougher. As for kebabs, one of the best kebabs I've ever had was in oxford from the "kebab kid" and they served it in a freshly baked naan bread instead of pitta.... lovely. AggieDave 6 #23 January 23, 2004 I had Freebirds for dinner last night. That was only a few hours off from what you had from lunch. Mmmmm...Freebirds.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
caz 0 #24 January 23, 2004 I think it would have probably been a bit more popular if they had removed the head complete with beak and feet from the plate before bringing it out - it was kind of like that scene from Indiana Jones. ~~~ London Skydivers ~~~
