The original purpose of the forum and what it has become are 2 different things. HH has contemplated trashing the whole forum and just having the Calendar for boogie announcements. Then again, if we delete the Events forum, then those posts will end up in TB. I don't think we want that either. Posting a job for one person is a little different than posting a boogie for the masses. As far as cross-posting goes, I hate it! If it gets by in some forums and not others, it's mostly because different mods do different forums. Or, it could just be that we miss things. We do have a life off the internet....sometimes.
