Kinda Cross Posting from Mocha's thread -

1976 Camaro - Painted Smoke Grey (Like Starsky and Hutches Car - but grey) - Hand me down from my sister - but fun nonetheless - 327 - after I got it I put a Holly double pumper in it and it already had Cragar wheels - I increased the tire size a bit raised the back end a bit and lowered the front end an inch or so. *Sigh* yeah - I miss her.

Her name was Leanne

What was/are your cars names?

My current vehicle is a 96 Nissan - I call her Whiskey

And I had a 84 Fiero I named Bonnie

After that I had Grey - (My Kawasaki EX 500), A Datsun B210 that I called Bitch, and aa 84 Mazda Pickup that was named Betsy or Aunti Mame depending on the day.
I'm not usually into the whole 3-way thing, but you got me a little excited with that. - Skymama

None of my recent cars have earned names.

Boring automobiles like my Ford Probe and Toyota Camry are devoid of the personality required to get a name. Yeah, they get great gas mileage and have good reliability, but they have no soul.

:S

When you say soul do you mean entity soul or Shaft soul?:P

My old car was a blue 1990 Mitsubishi Mirage. I called her Smurfette. Poor Smurfette got her mirrors broken off by a vandal, got her locks broken (by me, when I locked my keys in my car), her roof was falling down . . . What a piece of shit . . . :D

Well I now drive a 1987 Bronco 2
Its name is Bro. It came on the vehicle like that, I actually call her my good little snorting horse.
My hubby has a 1969 Dodge Coronet 500 in beautiful condition. We built the 383 wedge, and Jenny is very energetic for an old girl. -Caress
I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being
right.
