In my very limited vampire "education" (Anne Rice novels, including Interview), when they went to make the little girl a vampire, if they let her die, then she couldn't "live" eternally, so he wouldn't be offerning her death...probably will listen to it a gazillion times now Oh well, guess that's part of the beaty of music, lol...
