It's right there above the boo...I'm sorry, what were you talking about? Anyway, if there's just one hole, she must have been a pretty heavy user. I was under the impression that damage to the septum usually just enables the person to do cool stuff like putting a finger into one nostril and wiggling it out the other, or wear a big bull ring without piercing.
