jurgencamps 0 #26 February 17, 2011 Quote...we got our rigs back from the Parachute Case where we had send them to be modified according to the Service Bulletin. Both rigs were sent with the main removed and when we received them we found out to our great surprise that both had the reserves opened. www.parachutecase.nl e-mail: info@parachutecase.nl
paracase 0 #27 February 18, 2011 Would you please be so kind to contact/mail us about this matter. We had strict instructions from your contact person to send back the rigs with unpacked reserve. There must be a misunderstanding here. If we had not to, we would have send it back repacked without any costs for the customer because Aerodyne has a great service by paying all the costs for this modification under warranty. ellinas 0 #28 February 18, 2011 yes, looks like there has been a misunderstanding on this issue. I am really sorry for the negative publicity as it seems that there has been a misunderstanding on our behalf. Both Aerodyne's and Parachute Case's service were outstanding. Looks like our contact person has indeed asked for the reserves to come unpacked.
