Sheenster303 0 #54 December 25, 2003 Okay so my family did get me a little something for Christmas. My sister gave me a Playstation 2 game I've been wanting. I'm not too much into video games but the ones I've been playing lately have been addicting!!! My mom and dad gave me a thousand dollars to spend on whatever I want to. Oh heck yeah! I'm saving that to start my AFF in the spring time. WOOHOO!!!!!! Hopefully it'll put a little dent in the beginning costs of everything.I'm so funny I crack my head open! JadedLady 0 #62 December 26, 2003 Well, no skydiving stuff this year, but that was to be expected. All though my family knows I am completely gung-ho about it, I am still very new to the sport and they know even less than I do. I still had a wonderful Christmas, I just wish my oldest brother and his fiancee were able to make it home ::sigh::. I love being able to spend the holidays with my family, I wouldn't change them for the world (at least on my mom's side ::wink::). My mom got me this printer that I can hook my digital camera up to and it will print my pictures, no computer involved. I was so excited since I don't have a computer of my own and am completely computer illiterate and practically crashed my poor roommate's computer when I tried to download my pictures to his computer (this is the reason I don't have pictures of my own on the computer yet, just the one Alana posted of us). I also got socks (I love getting cool socks (one pair is really fuzzy!), a bizarre scarf, and a cookbook! (my mom knows me sooo well.) It was quite enjoyable. I hope everyone else had a marvelous Christmas, too!~~~~ Rachel ~~~~~~~~~~~ -Converting the world one whuffo at a time.

bobsled92 0 #70 December 26, 2003 Well, I got all of my gear now.(all custom/1 of everything* still not jumped) A RC 4X4 truck a off road Cabela's p.c. game another perscription of Percocet 1/2 gal. Cpt. Morgan (used separately) a painting of myself flying my new Comp.Cobalt with all my new gear on with me pond swooping and a hill landscape behind. My 16 year old daughter did it. (I told her that I agreed to get her 512 meg ram card if she made a pic from the shots of my new gear) A sealed deal. I have 2 nephews in 2 different states that are in the hospital from this virus/Flu right now as of this morning. I just got the one a really cool RC truck too.(8yrs old in Columbia,MD) and the other one is 3 at Hershey Medical Center. I'll see him in 14 hours. Well, I was also approved for getting 2 ATV's I did have visions of new 4wheelers with bows sitting on the lawn as a suprise. (plan=B) I'm going to pass on the minor "year end deals" for now so I can get back to full duty and build up some heavy down payment cash 1st. Besides I gotta get my ass in full jump mode with this new gear!!!!! **My exhisting gear(cypres & all) will remain to help friends/club memebers that are in time of need: pending gear, off-student status/need more coaching before purchase, etc._______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/

sdgregory 0 #74 December 26, 2003 I got my new Jumpsuit! Pictures to come! It is sweet! Did not get the helmet or Alti though. My family would not go for it when my wife asked. They do not want to encourage my new sport. Unsupportive whuffos! Now I will guilt them into it. You know I might bash my head on exit then what will you do when I burn in because I was unconscious and could not pull (I won't tell them about the AAD). Or I could tell them and then say what if it fails? Yeah. Or what if I pull too low because I could not tell what altitude I was at or what if I pull too high and get frostbite or die of hypothermia? Think those will work?
