He hates posed pictures, you can kinda see the discomfort - he looks the same in every pic & I hate it when I get drunk & my face squishes up - but that's life - it was a blast of a party! On the other hand FallinILweenie LOVES the camera - he's a total camera hog esp. on jumps. There is no can't. Only lack of knowledge or fear. Only you can fix your fear. If you are serious, and are sure you can quit, just freaking do it. That day, 6:30 a.m. on June 30th, 2003, I told myself no more deadline dates. One single date. An "I Quit!" date, as of right then and there. It works. You need to make up your mind day by day. Not by next week or next month, but every single time you want a smoke. I've gone almost 6 months, and I still crave. I am a non smoker now though. Just like AA, it's an ongoing process. One day at a time, for the rest of your life. It's worth it, and you can do it. All you gotta do is decide, today. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Not next month. Now.It's your life, live it!
